I was in Boston recently and thought my friends were mad to drag me out to Somerville, but I have to say, The Burren was the best Irish Pub i've ever set foot in. Great music, three rooms, all the drinks, dancing -- really authentic.

Burren gets a lot of hype for their live music, but I think the crowd and music at the Druid seems more "Irish" to me.

My favorite Fan-Hall bar -- the Black Rose has great live music, served Guinnness and Smithwicks and has an authentic feel.

they have live music pretty much every night... lots of fiddles and you definitely get a real Irish crowd in here
