Not truly "in" Harvard Square, but one of the most unheralded restaurants in the greater Boston area. Fantastic menu with all the right touches.

The Croque Monsieur is the perfect combination of buttery grilled toast, crispy browned gruyere, savory ham and egg and a lovely little side salad whose dressing tastes just like France.
