Great atmosphere and lots of interesting people. Plus, Powell's is iconic and so very 'Porland'. You can stay for hours - theres always a great book nearby.

Tucked away in the heart of Ladd's addition, Palio is beautiful and peaceful spot to get work done. The inside is cozy with large wooden tables, the coffee is great and well priced, the baristas are friendly, and they make their own DELICIOUS deserts (cakes, tarts, cookies, you name it!) It's also open late.
