Fugayku is a great place to sake bomb -- most of the tables offer some privacy and quiet so it's not a big deal pissing off your dining neighbors.

The few times I've been, there has always been sake bombing at Shilla. The service isn't the best, but they definitely cater to the sake bombing crowd. Just don't bang the table, or the host will come over and say "no bang bang"
