Butter Crust... need I say more. Whichever way you roll, deep dish or thin crust, Lou's is THE BEST!

I don't know what makes Due better than any of the others, but there's just something about it. The atmosphere, the ice cold beer, the toppings. It's the only restaurant for which I legitimately was willing to wait over an hour.
