Craig, who is the owner of CDF Therapeutic Bodywork, demonstrates a great knowledge of the body how to treat a range different pains and injuries. Each treatment is completely different. Another plus is that he is a little cheaper than the spas in the area.

They have three different massage therapists and I have tried all three. Each one is completely different in style and aproach, but they are all excellent!

Stephanie has amazing hands that go in for the kill on the big knots but at the same time are gentle on the tendr areas. I love getting treatments from steph when ever possible.
