Not the best customer service but they do a mighty fine job!

I'm not a fan of automatic car washes... they can be pretty unpredictable and on occasion scratch up your car. I like Randy's because they have a very cool manual jet wash with separate garage that has MANY settings so I can wash my car with a little more care :)

Just got it washed there this morning. They do a great job and make sure to towel dry it by hand after they're done.
