Don't let the fact that this is an Irish pub deter you--the secret to these nachos is in the chips. Fried up fresh and never salted you'll come back for more again & again.

Really thick chips -- must be freshly fried -- with extra cheese, olives, salsa -- the works!

The olives are often overlooked but absolutely necessary. These nachos are so amazing -- every time I order somewhere else I pray that they are as delicious as BD Riley's. Wash it down with a pint of Smithwicks -- mmmm.
