The Fishmonger next to Formaggio in Huron Village carries the best fresh fish in my area. The hours don't leave much wiggle room around work hours, but the fish can't be beat, and you can get anything else you'd need next door.

At Whole Foods you know what you're buying is top notch. I have recently been on a seafood kick and had some great artic char filets.
