Best buffet in Vegas

I've heard the best buffets are at the Wynn and the Bellagio. Is it true? If so which is better, if not what else is out there...

Elegant, clean, delicious. Everyone has a different style with buffet, I don't like to gorge myself so I concentrate on the heavy hitters. Don't miss the Chilean Sea Bass or the Dover Sole -- both very tasty and elegantly prepared. Tip: go at about 3:00 for Lunch/Dinner -- pay the lunch price and get grandfathered into dinner (Filets and Alaskan King Crab Legs come out for dinner)
