Working late, where can I get a cup of Joe after midnight?

I know that places like Diesel Cafe and the Davis Square Starbucks close around 11:30 p.m. but where can I go when I have one of those super late nights? It seems that 24-hour and late night cafes were in abundance in NYC...what about Boston?!

Brown and Brew is the Tufts University coffee shop located at the intersection of Boston Ave and College Ave in Medford. Open til 1am!

It's not a coffee shop / cafe, but they're open all night and serve food and coffee. Though, why drink coffee when you can have a beer?
