Good "boutique" hotel in downtown Boston?

Recommend a one-of-a-kind hotel in Downtown Boston. Looking for something somewhat romantic, but not over the top. Should have bars and restaurants nearby.

Best location on Boylston in the heart of the Back Bay. Reasonably priced, although rooms are a bit small -- but that's what boutique hotels are all about.

Haven't actually stayed there but the new restaurants/bars Clink and Alibi are fantastic additions to the Charles/Beacon Hill area.
