It's tough to just rate the top seven without knowing what kind of music you are looking for, but you can't go wrong with Momo's or Nuno's. Antone's has a lot of blues, Continental Club and Elephant Room are usually the best bet for blues. Emo's has more local alt-rock. If you're looking for a specific genre or atmosphere it may be easier to answer.
