Serving the metro Detroit area since 1993, Comic City is dedicated to combining the level of quality & convenience associated with multiple locations with the personal touch that only a local store can have. With locations in Canton, Novi, and Pontiac we're right around the corner from most of Detroit. We stock all the comics and graphic novels you'd expect, as well as many that you wouldn't. From DC & Marvel to Fantagraphics & Slave Labor, there's now no need for you to shop at one store for superheroes, one for manga, and another for quality independents. And we're always happy to place a special order for in print books when we're out. Comic City also carries an ever changing assortment of TShirts, action figures, posters, and other cool stuff. The owners of comic city are awesome in everyway. They carry great deals like they have their side walk sale which is today. The employees are friendly and can help you find what kind of comics for new comic book fans or young kids. They are up to date on their comics. They don't just sell comics. They sell action figures, collectibles, cool t-shirts, figurines, and much more. They sell manga too. Comic city usually has manga that are cheap as well.

Comic City is a nice, clean place to buy comics. It's a nice break from the unpleasant, funky atmosphere that certain comic stores have, and seem to embrace. Very well organized and the staff is always helpful. I never feel I'm interrupting anyone when asking for assistance. They are knowledgable, yet not elitist. I've never been snubbed when looking for a 'mainstream' comic.

The staff at all the locations are great and friendly. The staff has a dead on talent for recommending titles that match your personal taste. I look forward to going every Wednesday to get my pulls and all their special sales. Not to mention that 2 of the 3 stores are located near both home and work!

My wife and I have been satisfied Comic City customers for several years. Bob, Jill and their Comic City Staff are always cordial and earnestly strive to assist us in ALL of our comic needs!!
We are regular patrons of the Canton, MI. Comic City but we have shopped occasionally at the Novi and Pontiac Comic City locations. All three shops offer the same excellence in service and selection!!
I highly recommend Comic City to everyone in need of Comics; Graphic Novels; and Action Figures!!

Great and wonderful stores with amazing people. The stores are clean, bright and fun! The employees talk to you like you're their neighbor which really makes you feel welcome and appreciated. I'd never go anywhere else!!

I started shoping at the Pontiac store shortly after it was put in and a friend told me about it. I was amazed at the selection even when it was in a tiny spot, and now more than ever. I've never been dissappointed shopping there.

I go to Comic City for all my anime needs, cause they have only the best! It always has what i want and the best part about it is that its really close to home!

Having moved around the country quite a bit and thus having seen a variety of comic book (and more) stores, I'd rank Comic City as one of the best I've been a customer of. Many books in stock, a helpful and courteous staff (that is allowed to show their individual style unlike most of the cookie cutter mall-type comis stores), free pulls, etc. all make Comic City a top notch store.

The employees there are happy, helpful and lots of fun to be around. The stores are always clean and organized and now with the new Canton location and the new Novi remodel almost being finished, they look even better. Do yourself a favor and check them out!! You won't be sorry you did. A great place to shop.

Our family has known Jill & Bob since Comic City opened many years ago. I have been lucky to develop a very nice relationship with them. They have seen my three daughters grow up from and supported in their interests in not only comics but reading in general. I have spent many hours in their store in Canton. I have moved a farther distance away, but on occasion still make the time to drive the hour and half to shop at their store. I could not ask for better people along with their staff to run the store and offer support of the community.

I've been going to Comic City since its arrival in Canton back in 1993. They always have what I am looking for, and are willing to order something if it's not in stock. Comic City's staff is courteous and I've known Jill, the shops owner, for years. Love the whole place and will miss it when I move in January to Florida.

Comic City in Novi are very friendly and helpful. They got everything you need. If they do not have it they will order it for you. They got my subscribed comics waiting for me as I walk in. They do know their customers! That's the "service" we rarely get these days.
