Located in Arvada, we offer age-based programs (ages 4-adult) in Songham Taekwondo. Our classes are structured according to rank and age so that instruction addresses skill level and maturity. Class size is limited to ensure a good instructor/student ratio. Students join Taekwondo for different reasons, and our teaching take this into account. For children, our curriculum emphasizes a "positive mental attitude" and "goal setting". Teens and adults, on the other hand, often join Taekwondo for physical fitness, coordination, self-defense, and technical martial art skills. All programs promote a lifetime learning concept.

I have lots of fun. I am learning new skills all the time. Mr. Rogers and Miss Carol have taught me that I need to work hard to earn my belt, they are not just going to give it to me for showing up.

I love the teacher's!!! My son has learned so much! He has confidence now and he is committed!!! He has changed in so many ways since he joined this school. I can't say enough about this school. We love it!! He loves it!!!

Both of our sons are students at CTS. This is an excellent school! The boys learn discipline, focus, self-control , respect and have fun doing it. They love the school. The instructors relate with the kids in such a great way that it inspires my sons to work hard. What a great opportunity for my kids. We are so impressed with this studio! We came from another Taekwondo school and wish we had known about CTS 2 years sooner! I highly recommend this studio to anyone even remotely interested in martial arts.

Ms. Carroll and Mr. Rodgers are two very fantastic people. They are wonderful with children, providing them with an active, fun way to learn respect, discipline, motivation, and focus. The best part is they are having so much fun they don't always realize it. They teach adult and family classes too. Everyone can benefit from Colorado Taekwondo Studios. It truly is the place to go!

Mr. Rogers and Ms. Carroll are two of the finest instructors. Both are very dedicated to the training and success of each and every one of the students. Not only that, but they are a lot of fun.

My 2 sons are both students at CTS, the teaching staff is unlike any I've seen. Most new parents also comment the the teaching environment is completely different than most studios. Focusing on the children and growth rather than some militant martial arts style.

Kevin Rogers and his fine staff are always professional and treat the kids with respect, as well ask expecting the same in return. My kids are learning discipline and self-control. It helps them do better in school as well as given them self-confidence.
