My wedding cake was amazing! Mark Lotti did a wonderful job. Not only was the cake delicious, but the presentation was exactly how I had imagined it. I couldn't have asked for anything better. The most complicated task of choosing my cake was choosing from a long list of delicious flavors. I will definitely call Mark Lotti when I need another cake, or cheesecake, for a special occasion.
