Show details What's your take?My name is Tony N. Kassouf and I am the owner of CIBO Fusion Restaurant and Lounge. For a long time I have wanted to give the city of Marion and the NE side of Cedar Rapids a relaxed and fulfilling destination full of great food, quality entertainment, and friendly faces. At CIBO, if you do not leave happier than when you came, there is something we are doing wrong. We have been open for almost a year now, and have already made changes to our menu, our look, and the way we provide service. We are a fine dining establishment, offering gourmet cuisine that includes steak, fish, pasta, hand-tossed pizza and exquisite salads and desserts.
