I moved to Tampa and Christina's is the only place I miss in Boston! I think about it all the time – yum!
Their seasonal flavors are the best. In the fall they make pumpkin ice cream that will make you cry it is so good.
As a devoted, long time patron, I always look forward to a visit to this yummilicious store. Since 1996, I have frequently nominated Christina's as the dessert place of choice. The ice cream cakes are a marvelous with the option to include 2-3 different layers of flavors. Christina's one of the only stores in the area that makes its ice cream true-to-taste. I can taste the ripe, sweet juiciness flavor the mango ice cream, and the green tea ice cream tastes as though sipping a freshly brewed kettle. Christina's is DEFINITELY the epitome of quality ice cream.
What an awesome place to go after a meal for ice cream...Don't take my word though, go and stand in line to get yours.

Great local place. Ahemmm I live right across the street and I have the thunder thighs to prove it!
They have a great selection of flavors. My favorite is the coconut almond chip frozen yogurt.
I had some sort of burnt banana and vanilla flavor here once. I cannot believe how good it was. They're really cool about letting you try flavors before deciding.
It's been my family's after dinner dessert venue for about 20 years. yum yum yum
Special trips to Inman Square just to go to Christina's don't seem crazy once you experience their flavors
I'd vote them the best just for their Ginger Molasses flavored ice cream! It's my favorite! I love Christina's -- I just wish it were closer to my condo in Lynn! Come to Lynn, Christina's!
Freshest ingredients, top notch ice creams-- they do an exquisite job both with classics and creative flavors-- no: ice cream experiences. I go out of my way to go to Christina's.
Before moving to Boston I was neutral about ice cream, indifferent really, but that has changed! It was hard to pick a top choice because they are all so good but Christina's has a neighborhood feel to it and also it is open till 11:00 at night.
Christina's has the best quality homemade ice cream around: creamy and rich, yet not too fancy. It is the last truly homemade ice cream shop. Not a chain, and you don't spend a fortune for a small amount.
It is possible to SEE the staff at Christina's hand chopping the fresh ingredients! The flavors are wonderful, and it's just a great ice cream place!
Delicious, with a homemade feel to the entire place.
Recommendations: the Toasted marshmallow, amazingly accurate taste!
Grrreat ice cream, and better than so many others. Great location, and some seating - inside & outside. We joked last night [during a storm] about how we'd love to venture out and get some ice cream there. Their spice shop next door is amazing and I hope they are doing well with it. Tho' not a deal breaker in any way, the ice cream staff could used some lessons in friendliness... not rude ever, but...
Go to Christina's and order two flavors: Chocolate and Malted Vanilla. You have a frozen malted milk ball...mmm!
