VOTED #1 Coffee Shop in Atlanta - ChocoLaté Coffee is an independently owned & operated Coffee & Dessert Shop located in the Atlanta, GA area. Desperately needing to escape the corporate world, we started ChocoLaté in 2002. Before we opened the coffee shop, few people in our neighborhood socialized, now we are a “community” where neighbors know each other and it’s a common thing to hear our guests talk to each other while waiting in line, often reacquainting themselves with long lost friends. The result was a very special coffee house, one like no other, with Free Wi-Fi Wireless, leather chairs, comfy couches & a special counter where you can sit and shoot-the-breeze with our staff. The atmosphere is super inviting, with great music and soft lighting.

I never stop drinking coffee and this is the best I've ever had. It's not on the board, but ask for the Extreme Latte. You will not be disappointed.

Besides the great coffees and baked goods, I get a chuckle each morning at the sign age combination on the side of the building for the foot and leg doctor next door, with the word coffee. So even though the name is Chocolate Coffee, I lovingly refer to the shop on Shallowford as the foot and leg coffee shop.

Smoooooth coffee. Whether you're drinking an espresso drink or the house cup, it's wonderful. The flavors are full and smooth, not harsh or acidic.
I've been a customer since they opened and, while the staff has changed, the attitude hasn't. Friendly people make a great cup of coffee even better.

Being that everyone has already talked about how great the drinkage is. I love the fact that their Wi-Fi is free. I know that you need to buy something, but I am happy to support local area businesses. Their provider is Webbeams. I just made a purchase and I got a code to login with. I see I could just buy time if I wanted, or a subscription to travel with. There are a couple locations to use it at here in Atlanta. The connection speed is great even when the café is full of users. ChocoLaté has also kept our security in mind. I once caught a computer virus at a café from their wide open junk router. As a tech, believe me when I say ChocoLaté made a great choice in their Wi-Fi provider and provides a great atmosphere to enjoy it in.
