Celebrating over 40 years in the discount housewares business. Founded in 1966, we have earned a reputation for quality items at the lowest prices. Our client base spans family generations throughout New England. This includes major restaurants and hotels along with the local culinary schools. We also service some of the finest bed and breakfasts in our surrounding states.

The staff is always helpful in addressing questions about the use of the products. and what they stock and why They also have specialized knowledge and experience with the Arabia brand of dishes, which I have found very helpful.

China Fair is a New England tradition! My family has been shopping at the store in Newton for the last 30 years. They have wonderful prices on quality products like cookware and flatware and more gadgets than anyone else. My favorite thing about the store is that it is a locally owned and operated business. It's not one of these maga stores where people don't remember you and where they certainly don't care about customer service.

Absolutely a must visit for anyone opening restaurant on a budget, or anyone planning to refurbish their kitchens for a party or event.
They have experienced sales people who can find the things you are looking for, and if they don't have them they will find it for you.
Some of the finest eateries in the Eastern Massachusetts area use China Fair, and my only fear is that the secret is out now.

Lived in Boston 20 years ago and used to frequent the store. Now, I live in Texas, and still use their very handy and helpful website for most of my finer house ware needs. I can't tell you how many great wedding gifts I've purchased online on their fast, easy and reliable website.

I bought a wonderful set of knives and some terrific stemware. They listen to what you want, help you find a match and, for me, it's always been a great value. The staff is knowledgeable and they have an excellent selection of goods on-site.
