The shakes are amazing. I have tried 10 of there possible 60+ flavors and all have been great!!

It is hard to find a shaved ice (snowballs) place. Chill Out makes their own flavors for the shaved ice. They also have soft serve ice cream, shakes, snow snakes and sundaes. They are awesome!!
