The Cheektowaga Historical Museum has several displays of significance to the Town, for example, an exhibit of artifacts from the estate of George Urban who owned a flour mill in Buffalo, NY. The house, though altered over the years, still stands on Pine Ridge Road. Dignitaries such as President Grover Cleveland and Mark Twain were entertained at the home. Items donated to us by descendants of Augustus Kuhn from his days in the Civil War are also on display.
