Charlotte Yoga has 30+ classes a week, offering Power Yoga I, Power Mixed, Power II and Hot 26™. We opened February 2002 at Park & Woodlawn in Park Towne Village Shopping Center. The studios are state-of-the-art with integrated sound systems, inspirational music, hand painted murals by local artists, large windows and floating wood floors for a more comfortable practice. To aid our students in achieving proper and safe alignment our studios are mirrored.
