The original Ceviche Tapas Bar and Restaurant in Tampa opened in 1997. This unique Spanish Restaurant was voted 'Top Twenty New Restaurants in Florida' by Florida Trend. The Ceviche menu is comprised of over 100 different hot and cold tapas, as well as paellas and cazuelas. Most of the tapas recipes are from Northern Spain and Catalan. Many of the products are imported directly to the restaurant to maintain the authenticity of the dishes. An exclusive Spanish wine list has been carefully designed by the owners and the Sangria has been voted "Best in Tampa Bay." Each of our four locations offers the same incredible menu and intimate ambiance while still maintaining distinctive buildings and experiences. From the poolside patio in Tampa and the rooftop bar in Sarasota, to the cavernous flamenco room in St. Petersburg and the cathedral ceilings in Orlando, each unique Ceviche Tapas Bar is sure to please and amaze.

The atmosphere is fun, yet a little intimate. They have an eggplant with a honey dip dish that is DELICIOUS! I had never had something like that before, and it is my favorite. The music and live entertainment is great, as well.
We usually visited the Ceviche in St. Petersburg, but not anymore, because they are in our backyard now!!! I am very excited that they opened here…Food is excellent.
The old Lily Marlenes - this is a great location and the food is excellent - really fun place to bring out of town guests.
