Established in the Caribbean in 1982 as a full service restaurant, Caribbean Caterers Inc. gained a reputation for providing the best quality food and exquisite service. Our established clientèle sought us here in the United States, so we established our catering offering.

The food is absolutely wonderful! Don't let the name fool you. Their menu suits all taste. They have an extensive vegetarian menu that's more than a veggie plate! The staff is the most professional.

Their service is exceptional and the food is delightfully tasteful. It's the most well seasoned food I've had from a catering company in this area. I've recommended them to everyone and anyone who likes well seasoned food.

They were my caterers for my wedding on July 23, 2006, and the food was fabulous. They were very professional and prompt with the set up and arrangement of my reception. My guests are still raving over how delicious the food was. I really enjoyed working with the staff and my wedding reception turned out wonderful because of this company.

Caribbean Caterers is the best because their food is outstanding, extremely professional, attention to every detail. I used them for my daughter's reception and if I had 50 daughters I would continue to use them. They are excellent, outstanding and superb. They handle every detail from beginning to the end.

I got married in September 30, 2005, while searching for caterer's I was very impressed with the mock wedding reception they had for an open house. The staff was very professional and very attentive. The food was awesome, great, excellent!!!! During the time we were going through the paperwork the staff was very pleasant to work with and it was one of the simplest transactions that we had to do. All the qualities that I mentioned before were present during my wedding. The presentation of the food and table settings were beautiful and as always the food exceed our expectations. I love Carribean Cateres and would recommend them to everyone.

They catered our wedding in March and the food and service were both outstanding. We had it "family style" and our guests said they didn't let the waiters take the trays until they had the chance to finish everything on them. Someone else who doesn't like beef said she couldn't stop eating the blackened prime rib. Caribbean Caterers really worked with us to make sure that things ran how we wanted them. They helped make it a great wedding.

First of all their food is absolutely delicious; Secondly, they would go anywhere and handle any tough situations that arise for their clients. They catered my wedding in NY and had to work with a very difficult wedding coordinator who just couldn't get all the pieces together. Caribbean Caterers rose to the occasion and saved the day. They turned what could have been a disaster into a seamless operation by anticipating a need and being prepared with supplies that the coordinator was responsible for ordering but didn't. Thirdly, the staff are also very sophisticated and experienced in handling large parties. There were people from various ethnic groups and all walks of life there and all were pleased with the food and service. I highly recommend them and would certainly used their service for other events.

I enjoyed the service from the planning and throughout our event. The staff were wonderful and very professional. The food was authentic! I have many West Indian friends that attended our event and they were impressed with the quality and taste of all the things that they prepared. The staff thought of everything, suggesting the caribbean food for the adults and chicken fingers for the children. The price was phenomenal especially for the quality of service that they gave. I can't wait to host another event and I will definitely contact Caribbean Caterers for it!
