Capitol Hill Yoga, Ltd. (CHY) grew from the spirit and love of a strong yoga community in the Capitol Hill neighborhood of Washington, DC. The mission of CHY is to offer instruction in yoga and other practices that promote health and well being to the broadest audience possible. CHY encourages a diverse approach to yoga and offers classes in a variety of styles and ability levels to meet the needs of individuals. We encourage you to sample different classes and teachers to find your most appropriate class.

Capitol Hill Yoga has wonderful instructors and a truly peaceful and relaxed atmosphere, its the only way to practice yoga!
I have been attending Capitol Hill Yoga for two years and absolutely love the studio. The instructors are so helpful and always happy to see you. It is small enough for people to know your name and miss you when you aren't there.
The teachers are very knowledgeable and offer a variety of yoga styles. Class size is optimal, too.
Friendly, community feel, great instructors, all about the yoga (not the retail!).
Local and convenient. I've been going to Capitol Hill Yoga since 1997 and since I can walk I can always make it to classes.
These guys are wonderful with starters. They are careful, attentive, helpful, and remember your name even if you haven't been coming every week. And their prices are reasonable, too.
