Ambrose and Rose Campo probably never imagined that the little grocery store they based their lives on in 1947 would still be here more than 50 years later--successful, growing, and continuing the traditions and values on which their future flourished. Campo's Philly Favorites come straight from their legacy--of quality, family, neighborhood, hard work and devotion, and of the one ingredient crucial to their success and ours: Personal service. It's kept our customers coming back since we, the next generation, took over in 1975.. We grew up in the food and deli business, and we learned that the most important thing we can do is to put the customer first. We work hard to give you that extra special attention you deserve, we pay close attention to the details--and the results are exceptional When Mike says, "That's not just a sandwich, that's someone's meal! Make it great!", it comes from his heart. Our business is more than just hoagies, steaks and sandwiches. It's personal--and it shows.

I was raised on Campo's sandwiches and often had them at school for lunch. I adore Mike, Denise and all of the Campos and tell everyone I know that they have to try their hoagies. They are the best and deserve to win every year! The Godfather is my favorite!!

Try the Stockyard, Chicken Cheesesteak and Cheesesteak...all incredible flavor and tops in Philly...my mouth is watering right now for one...

Made a trip to Philly especially to try Philly Cheesesteaks from various vendors. Beyond all doubts, Campo's was the very best with great flavor and real tender steak. The real plus was the friendly atmosphere there from Denise and the gang.

I saw Campos Deli on the Food Network and had to try their cheeesteaks. Absolutely THE BEST I've ever tasted. They seem to use a higher quality, less fatty type of steak than others I've tried. Excellent service, very friendly, fast delivery!

We were in vacation for one week in Philly and there was no one day that our choice was not Campos! Great taste and fresh ingredients make this place the best to go when you are in this beautiful city. Enjoy!!

I love going to Campo's. Sundays are my favorite, especially during football season. The guys on the grill are always cooking away having a good time and the girls at the register always take real good care of me. They have a great big flat screen tv hanging on the wall so I can eat my cheesesteak, which is definitely the best in the city, and watch some football. What's not to love??

Their steaks are always so juicy and flavorful and they actually melt the American cheese on the sandwich unlike some other cheesesteak joints. Keep it up guys!

The food is always fresh. The meat is lean with no gristle, and you cant beat the friendly atmosphere. Mike and Denise always show appreciation to their customers, and make you want to keep coming back.

I have lived in Philadelphia all my life, and have sampled pretty much all of the steak sandwiches the city has to offer. I have to say that Campo's has been far an above the best. Although not having the tourist draw as some of the others, Campo's has been featured nationally on the Food Network, and has been recognized as an outstanding steak sandwich. It would be great to see them get the recognition that they deserve, especially in a city that prides itself on steak sandwiches.

Besides the fact that everything they serve is fresh, and that they make the best Philly sandwich by far, a whole lot of love goes into everything they serve. That's right, LOVE! It is what comes from the old neighborhood and is the ingredient that shines in Campo's Deli.

The onions are done to perfection and the beef is not stringy or tough! The atmosphere is pleasant and welcoming, the waitresses are courteous and friendly and make you feel at home !

They have the Best sandwiches. I grew up in Southwest Philly and miss Campo's Steaks,Hoagies and especially the Chicken sandwiches. Their rolls are the best and everything is so fresh ! Best of luck to Mike and Denise I hope you guys win !!

Born and raised in Philly, I have traveled to many major cities in the united states in search of two things. Eagles victories and to sample the menus of the local environments. My research leads me to believe that the Eagles do well on the road and though many meals were great and won't be forgotten, nothing compares to the cheesesteak. "I get mines at CAMPOS"

I grew up on Campo's fabulous cheesesteaks, hoagies and homemade foods. I know first hand the quality and love that goes into each and every item on Campo's menu. I live 2700 miles away in Las Vegas and get my cheesesteak and hoagie fix shipped by my favorite brother, Mike and sister-in-law, Denise. Thanks, Mikey for sharing our family's tradition and foods all these years with the great people in Philly.

The seeded roll is what makes their cheesesteaks so good. Everyone there is pretty nice and the place seems really clean. I would vote for these guys for Best Meatball sandwich too.

I grew up on Campo's sandwiches. They're the center city hospitals favorite lunch deli so Campo's come highly "Doctor Recommended" - Old world patience and quality mixed in with pride & love!

The finest meat and cheese along with the freshest Italian rolls are used to make the World's tastiest cheese steak at Campo's Deli. I have traveled the world over and never tasted another sandwich better then the cheese steaks served at Campo's Deli!

I spent half my life traveling around the world with the U.S.Air Force and have tasted cheese steaks in many places. By far "Campo's" is the best tasting ever!
