Baking wedding cakes is our specialty. Select from traditional styles to unique works of art. Our cakes are specially prepared for you with only the freshest ingredients and extracts for a truly extraordinary wedding celebration. We have a large selection of cake flavors and we specialize in filled wedding cakes. All cakes are custom matched to your bridal colors and theme. We also provide an amazing array of personalized wedding favors, from chocolate suckers, to cookies, to pastry trays, to caramel apples. You name it we can probably do it. We also have many albums from which to choose your invitations, programs, napkins, etc. And don't forget the flowers and balloons. We have been putting together wedding flower and balloon arrangements for many happy couples.

My wife and I recently moved to Chicago and decided to get married in our hometown of Lakewood. We had to do our entire wedding planning over the phone and via e-mails. My wife spoke with about 10 people and we decided to stick with Cakes Candy and Flowers (because the cakes were very reasonably priced). Doing anything over the phone is risky but when I finally got to go into the store we had a lot of family with us because we only had a few days to plan everything. Kitty was very busy and closed down the store for 3 hours to go over every detail with my wife. I know how much of a perfectionist my wife is and Kitty was so understanding. Our wedding went over Very well( my mother in law even enjoyed it! What an accomplishment), the cake was more than we asked for! I highly recommend the cassatta cake. My wife and I would have been lost if it weren't for this shop, what a great find.

WOW I almost believed that review below me..and then I went to Cakes, Candy and Flowers to find out if I should shop here for my wedding cake and i was pleasently suprised! All of the staff members were very kind and sweet. Kitty went over prices with me and booked me a spot in May on very short notice. If you are thinking you're going to get a wedding cake for 15 dollars..then yea you should probably go to giant eagle. But if you want great one of a kind cakes then I do reccomend cakes candy and flowers. My grandmother got her wedding cake from here! they must be doing something right! I look forward to June and seeing Kitty's great work!

I would never recommend this place to anyone who likes good customer service. My mother placed an order for my wedding cake the staff quoted her the wrong prices and when it came time to place the order, she was told that price was incorrect and she had to pay more. Kitty proceeded to then place the order and my mother (wanting to secure the cake at the quoted price) placed a deposit that was not asked for. After placing the order my mother proceeded to ask price quotes for fresh flowers but could not get the attention of any staff member. My mother then went back another day and tried again to no avail. Every time we have tried to call we get no answer or someone who seems to have no time to fool with us. Nownd we have cancelled the order and they will not refund the deposit that was given. I ( the bride) called in to figure out the problem and I was told it was a signed contract and then when no contract had been signed, that it was their policy. Then i was told she didn't have to answer to me becaus i didn't place the order. The cakes there we have gotten in the past were good but the customer service was so bad I would be willing to pay extra money for a better service.

Cakes, Candy and Flowers is the best of the best. We have been buying cakes from Kitty for at least the last 7 years or so. On average, we buy 12+ cakes a year from Kitty. Every time... always SATISFIED beyond belief. Kitty and her staff are always pleasant and welcoming. She even decorated a birthday cake for my son from a mask that I took in for her. It was absolutely perfect. Our cakes have always been ready on time and made the way we have asked. Kitty's prices are the best around and so are the cakes and service. I wouldn't go anywhere else!!! I have told many people about Cakes, Candy and Flowers and they rave about her cakes as well.

We have been getting our cakes from Cakes, Candy and Flowers for at least the last 7 years or so. On average, we buy 12 cakes a year from Kitty. I wouldn't buy my cakes from anyone else. She does an AWESOME job and her prices are very very reasonable. Once you have service from Kitty at Cakes, Candy and Flowers... you won't want to go anywhere else.

They did my wedding cake at the absolute best price that I could find and then 5 years later did an anniversary cake from a picture from my wedding. I would recommend them to everyone.

Their cakes are always beautiful and delicious. They did my wedding cake as well as my mother's- and all of our birthday cakes! And, they are really reasonably priced.

I have ordered several cakes from Cakes, Candy & Flowers. All have been outstanding. I also order catered lunches for my work place and they are always delicious and get rave reviews from our employees. I have recommended this place over and over. Thank You!

All I can say is delicious! I have ordered cakes from many places, many of them on this list, but none of them compared to the cake that I got at Cakes Candies and Flowers. It was gorgeous, delicious, and most importantly the people that work there were so kind and generous.

All cakes are made from scratch and all the ingredients are from the United States. No foreign ingredients. BEST OF ALL THEY ARE DELICIOUS. This company made this cake for our 40th anniversary.

I would defiantly recommend this place. My wedding was a very hectic day and Kitty and her staff did nothing but help me. The wedding cake was beautiful, nicer than I had even imagined. The flowers were not only what I asked for but more. She made sure everything that I asked for was ready and in place. Everything was on time and just amazing. I can not imagine why anyone would go anywhere else or have anything negative to say towards cakes, candy and flowers. My family has been going they’re for years and it's almost a tradition of ours. From the beautiful wedding cakes, the large assortment of flowers, their invitations, catering service, and great staff you have almost no need to go anywhere else. This is a one-place stop! I just want to thank Cakes, Candy, And flowers, and Kitty, for making my wedding day the most wonderful day of my life!!!

The wedding cake was beautiful and the taste
was out of this world. The wedding flowers were perfect and a lot less then anywhere I checked. Kitty gave my daughter's wedding day many personal touches for no extra charge. We had the Cassatta cake, the Italian's dream wedding cake. My daughter ordered decorated cookies for her shower they were the hit of the
shower. I only have one daughter and I would recommend any parent to trust their daughter's wedding day to Cakes Candy and Flowers. All the staff is wonderful and go out of their way.
Guests are still raving about my daughter's wedding.

Cakes candy's and Flowers did my wedding cake and flowers. I found them to be the best price and the most beautiful cakes. The service was outstanding, the cake was moist, the staff was wonderful. they went way out of their way to make my wedding day the most wonderful day of my life. I can't thank them enough. I send all my friends to them. They thank me over and over when I see them and tell me what a wonderful job Cakes Candy and Flowers did for them and how the staff helped to make their wedding day so beautiful and how the staff went out of their way
to help with things that they forgot.
Some of my friends told me they even gave them things like candles
or rose petals for the flower grill.
I can't thank them enough for all the help I was given.

I got married in November of 2005 and Cakes, Candy and Flowers coordinated my whole wedding. My flowers were exactly what I had asked for, my cake was beautiful,unique and delicious, the catering was amazing, and I was ecstatic over the decorations at the hall. They made my wedding day special!!! I recommend Kitty and her staff to everyone!

I would not recommend them either. I had ordered a cake from them as a matter of fact 3 of them for the same party and they were not done the way they were ordered. Also one of the cakes had a crack down the center of it. I was told that I needed to understand because her family was having some issues and Kitty was very nasty about it.

I would not recommend this place to anyone! Everything seemed great until the actual wedding date when my flowers did not arrive at the reception hall. According to Kitty they were delivered although no one from the reception hall had seen a florist come and there were no flowers ANYWHERE. The flowers that were at the church were not what they were supposed to be either. The bridesmaids bouquets were larger than my bridal bouquet even though my bouquet was supposed to have 2 dozen more flowers than theirs. I had pictures of everything, exactly the way I wanted them and what I got was not even close! They substituted the aisle runner for something else they had in stock without even asking me. Luckily I arrived at the church early enough to see this before any guests arrived. I could go on and on with the problems we had. I would just caution anyone before trusting this place on the most special day of most women's lives! To make matters worse, the only compensation they offered was two free cakes for upcoming birthdays!!
