Welcome to Cafe Sushi of Troy, Metro Detroit's finest sushi bar and Japanese kitchen. Cafe Sushi specializes in authentic cuisine with Italian and French flair, with an array of sushi specials and kitchen delights that would whet the appetites of royalty. Choose from over 100 daily special items, including our world-famous max roll, a fresh California roll smothered in a baked spicy mayonnaise sauce, filled with sauteed onions and pan-fried shrimp.

Always great and always fresh. Good atmosphere. Sushi bar and lots of table seating. They also have those little Japanese rooms for groups (with the low tables). The only downfall is the smoking section is next to the sushi bar and if there is one smoker the sushi bar smells.

The variety is staggering - not just sushi - while at the same time keeping the highest level of quality. The menu is innovative and there's something for everyone - from the first timer to the most experienced palate.

The service is perpetually friendly, responsive and generally fabulous. This supports a warm experience that harbors some of the freshest sushi and one of the best Chirashi dishes that I have experienced in the industry.
