My wife and I have always had a weakness for Mexican food. In fact, we enjoyed it so much that we decided to open our own establishment in 1981. Through a series of trial and error, we finally found the right combination of friendly service and delicious food that some of you may have experienced at Salsa. However, this combination did not come entirely from my wife and I. In the first few years of our original Mexican restaurant, we were fortunate to discover many talented individuals who enabled us to build and sustain the Salsa experience. Many of them are still with us and we applaud their performance for making anything possible.
