We wanted to create the perfect showcase for everything we love: creative energy, healthy innovative lunches, sexy dinners, and relaxed neighborhood atmosphere. We longed to instill the passion of Latin America in an intimate European-style cafe serving Mediterranean food and good wines. The Ronda Restaurant symbol of two intersecting lines represents that cross-cultural blend - the magic of a Mediterranean bistro and the heat of the Latin soul. A dual concept united in a single dining experience. The name "Ronda" is inspired by "Noche de Ronda," a song by composer Agustin Lara who writes about never ending bohemian nights of lust.
