I went into the Pentagon City location for a walk-in appointment, and I got a haircut right away. The stylist (Jennyfer) was friendly and my haircut was pretty decent. I tried two other salons since then and will probably go back to Bubbles.

DO NOT GO TO BUBBLES AT PENTAGON CITY MALL! My appointment got rescheduled because the stylist ran late, but then they ended up losing my appointment altogether. I suspect the stylist they put me on wasn't even a real stylist at all because the other employees kept treating and looking at us suspiciously, and he didn't seem to know what he was doing based on how much trouble he had handling my hair though all I had asked for was a trim! To top off the terrible and uneven haircut, they charged me $10 more than what was advertised, though I had checked the prices that same day. Bubbles does offer a satisfaction guarantee where they will fix your hair for free until you like it, which is why I went there, but I'm afraid they'll just mess it up even more so I will not be going back. I will NEVER be going back. BEWARE!

DO NOT go to Bubbles on 2nd and Massachusetts. They always mess up my appointment, as in I get there and they tell me that I'm not in the appointment book. One time was due to the fact that the numbers for the 6th Street Bubbles and 2nd Street were switched on the website. However, the second time was their error b/c I made sure I called the correctdo things salon. Furthermore, the staff is unprofessional and try to to charge you extra. I was charged for a flat iron used on my hair, which I didn't ask for or want, and was not told it was $10 extra. Upon checking out I asked if the prices had increased and the woman simply said, "yes" with no explanation. It wasn't until I got home and looked up the prices online that I realized what had happened. I am in the process of requesting a refund and have not heard back from them. Watch out girls!!

They are always so friendly and give you the trendiest, best cuts and color! They are all professional and well trained. They set themselves apart from the others with their very own haircare line CIBU....it's the only product that works on my curly hair. Go Bubbles!
