Since 1996, Brown Sugar Cafe has made a habit of getting to know their customers and feeding them well. Besides the personal attention that gives the restaurant its local feel, ‘they stress the importance of buying fresh kaffir lime leaves, galanga, and other ingredients, although they’re more expensive than the dried varieties.’ The restaurant, with its broad menu, is a haven for Thai students longing for a home-cooked meal and welcoming to Americans experiencing Thai food for the first time. There are currently two Brown Sugar Cafe Locations in the Boston area.

My boyfriend and I absolutely LOVE thai food...and Brown Sugar Cafe is THE BEST! Their crab rangoons are to die for and everything on their menu is absolutely fabulous! Every time we come to boston we make it a point to go there!
The best Thai in Boston, easily! I've never had even an "ok" dish there, and the atmosphere is so quaint and cozy it makes the whole experience. If you haven't been, go!!!
