Our mission is not simply to sell wine and spirits. If that were our goal, we'd run a big warehouse with skimpy service and the same ho-hum inventory and selection that everyone else stocks. Our goal is to help our customers develop their palates for fine wines and fine spirits, get to know what they like, and stand back as we watch their palates grow and change over the years. We provide knowledgeable service—our weekly Saturday tastings are one of the best—and we sell our wines at fair prices. We put a lot of energy into educating our customers and sharing our finds with them.
