Best Indian food in North America. I have been to Vij's in Vancouver, which is the number one rated restaurant and Bombay Bistro is more creative and better.

I love the food and ambiance there. My favorite dish is a lamb dish. The food is clearly made with a lot of love and the service makes you feel welcome like you're included as part of the family. Comfort food!

Amazing restaurant; the best in Boulder by far!! From my very first bite of Paul's beautifully presented plate I knew this restaurant was something special and unique. I've been eating Indian food all my adult life and I have to say this was the best I've ever had! My mouth is watering now, just thinking about it!

I just returned from India. Bombay Bistro has a chef that is more imaginative than any other local Indian restaurant, but still true to Indian culinary roots. Delicious!

Good food is abundant in Boulder. But a great dining experience is rare, unless you are at Bombay Bistro. The traditional Indian fare is the best around, but the fusion Indian is like nothing you've ever tasted - the best fillet on earth, served in a raspberry masala sauce, is my favorite. But beyond the amazing flavors, the ambiance, the Indian jazz, the overall mood of the restaurant, creates a perfect setting. And Paul and Pari and their wonderful staff make you feel like family and royalty all at once. Many are the evenings you hear Paul saying "Let me make you something special ..." And indeed, it is. You eat at other restaurants, you truly dine at Bombay.

One finds great cooking in many places, but a five star experience - exquisite service, amazing ambiance, one of a kind flavors - both subtle and "knock your socks off", fantastic value, and memories of a dining event never forgotten - that kind of experience is rare. Unless you go to The Bombay Bistro. Paul and Pari treat you like family and royalty, all at once. And the flavors are simply one of a kind, out of this world, over the top, and every other superlative. The walls echo with Indian fusion music and the sounds of Paul saying - "I'm going to make you something special ..." There is no place like it.

The food is superb!! I'm a vegan and they always serve up the most incredibly beautiful and delicious plate for me!! Paul, the owner has so much passion and love for what he does, it definitely comes through in his food, the music and the look of the restaurant.

The Bombay Bistro's food is absolutely wonderful! It has such great blend of flavors and is not the typical Indian cuisine. The tenderloin with masala sauce is my favorite, but the fish dishes run a very close second. In addition, the owners treat everyone as if they are good friends and because of that, people do become good friends. It is more than the expected dining experience and my entire family loves going there....including the kids, who take their friends there.
