Our own special recipe plus the “old timers” method of freezing. The custard and the lite are fed into a freezing barrel and forced out of the machine down a slide into a dipping container. The product is served fresh from the machine and not hardened. Unlike other soft serve machines, our method doesn’t “pump up” the product -- that is, add too much air.
