Bobak’s Sausage is a Chicago based company, founded in 1967. The company is diversified in four different complimenting operations all under the well-known Bobak name. A USDA Meat processor, Retail Grocer, Restaurant / Catering and Importing / Distribution. Bobak Sausage Company is a USDA Meat processor. Founded and located in Chicago, this division is the manufacturing arm of the business. Bobak Sausage is well known for its gourmet Polish style sausage and deli meats and services not only our company store but also many others in the food industry. In Chicago, Bobak’s sells its products to customers such as Jewel Food Stores, Dominick’s Finer Foods, Certified Grocers, Food 4 Less, Butera Markets etc and additionally a high market share of grocery independents throughout the Chicagoland area. Outside of Chicago, Bobak’s sells its sausage and deli meats to independent grocers, delicatessens and food distributors.
