Blue Pete’s originated out of a fishing shack that was popular with sportsmen in the 60’s and 70’s. It started as a small makeshift bar with a somewhat unruly clientèle's. It wasn’t uncommon for patrons to carry guns and knives and to get "out of hand". Many a tall story has been told about the old days, and although we appreciate our roots, we're happy the only knives we have now are steak knives.
