The reinvention of The Blue Grotto is upon us. Gone are the Tuxedos and ornate fixtures, yielding to a more comfortable and welcoming atmosphere. Come in and enjoy our classics such as Parmigiana, Marsala, and Saltimboca preparations. Traditional selections such as Osso Buco and Braised Rabbit are as popular here today as they were in the Old Country. There are contemporary twists as well, such as Lobster and Shrimp Scampi, a "Lasagna" of Vegetables, and Filet Mignon with Caramelized Gorgonzola. Our wine list has over 300 selections, and it grows with each week. There are 35 offerings by the glass, and 70 half bottles as well.
