If you think about it, it is no wonder why Sushi is so expensive. It takes a skilled artist, and it takes time to create the perfect roll. But as the story goes, this all changed in Japan in 1958, when a man named Yoshiaki Shiraishi set out to find a new way to serve customers, and in doing so found his inspiration in an unexpected place. We love to create sushi and other Japanese inspired dishes for dinner parties, birthdays and corporate events. Our aim is to make sure you are delighted with the variety of selections in order to ensure the food at your event can be crafted to your taste and desires.

I just went here for the first time about a month ago and found the Sushi to be fresh and delicious. I could go here all the time and never be let down. You can easily spend alot of money here, but to get really good Sushi, it's definitely worth it.
i love the food, the service and the atmosphere. I never get tired of eating there and all my friends love it too. My kids are grown and so i am always surprised when my friends tell me that they go there with their kids and that it's their favorite restaurant. AND it's so reasonably priced- great value, great food. Just what we need in these times!
The sushi is always fresh! I love that they make it right in front of your eyes and you can see it as it comes around - the restaurant is also always clean and friendly.
Love how I can talk to the sushi chef's right there and request my favorites; also love the blend of "westernized" sushi (good place to take someone who is just learning to enjoy sushi!) and authentic sushi! I love the way you can "pick and choose" your prices and your sushi!! Great place to go with friends!!!
always great, sometimes there is a wait, but it is worth it once you sit down you can start to fill up on what ever sushi dances by. Nice variety and you get to see and taste. Good for people that don't like to commitment to a whole roll of something new. I take people who have just discovered sushi. Great for lunch also
I love that I can see the food prepped right in front of me and there's selections to choose right of the conveyor belt. Very nice atmosphere that perfect whether I want to meet friends or a date. I'm vegetarian too (no fish) and they have a lot a vegetarian options which is really surprising for a sushi place. My fish eating friends love it as well so we're all happy with this choice. I would give 5 starts instead of 4 but since not many veg people come in I usually have to wait for my favorite veg options to be prepared, but that's a little to be expected since it's a sushi restaurant not a veg restaurant. I love this one!
This place is in no way above average. If you really like good sushi- this is not it. If you are new to sushi- this may be the place to go for you. User friendly, it is a bit sterile, but a good basic introduction to sushi as a food- on the whole.
Quality is okay- but not exceptional.
If you like warm, over priced sushi then I guess you might like Blue C.
Take away the conveyor belt and it is just a average joint.
Nothing special
Hands-down the best sushi restaurant in Seattle. Even though it's conveyor-belt style, the fish is always so fresh and they have a huge selection of rolls plus tons of other food like tempura, miso soup, etc. Not only is the food delicious, it's such a fun experience for everyone - a really cool ambiance and staff. Plus they have a great happy hour!
Unlike sushiland, Blue C uses the best ingredients for their sushi, the fish is high grade and fresh. I also love the ambience and how friendly the staff is. Blue C is a great place to take someone who is from out of town, it is something different that everyone loves .
Good quality, not pretentious. Super fun atmosphere! My one-year-old loves the conveyor belt and is becoming a fan of sushi already!
No doubt the best kaiten sushi in Seattle. Finally a conveyorblt scene that isn't gross.
Not actually the very best sushi (Hiroshi's on Eastlake is my fave) but Blue C is the best place to take a novice with it's conveyor belt sushi.
Way too expensive for the quality of fish you get. I'm not a fan of waiting for over an hour for a mediocre-at-best meal. If you want to mimic the Blue C experience for a lot less money: sit in a loud, dim room for an hour (make sure you are really hungry to get the full effect); have a friend make you a martini for $12; after that hour is up, tear into a pre-made Sushi plate from Fred Meyer and enjoy!
usually pretty good, but ive noticed a pattern of lack of variety or dryness. but still a thumbs up for me
The food on small plates goes around a converbelt making it easy to select. The prices are posted on a sign by the color of the plate so you know how much you're spending as you go. Plus very yummy sushi!!
Best Resturant in all of Seattle! Quality, Price, Atmosphere and Staff all combined bring the Best of the Best to each meal served!
Mmmmmmm...I'm pregnant, so I can't eat sushi right now, but before I start the post pregnancy diet (after the baby in February) I plan to have a sushi night out at Blue-C!! I CAN'T WAIT!
OH I am so glad they have one closer to me now at South Center. The choices are GREAT & every time I go in there I try something different. Their desert balls or soooo good. It was so great to try 2 different ones.
Wow, I was in the Fremont location today. I must say that the fish was so fresh. I really love going to traditional sushi bars, but it is hard to beat the quality/value package at Blue C. What a great concept!
I love the New Southcenter store! I didn't expect them to have such a great bar as well. Great place to eat and drink. One of the best happy hours down south!
Convayor Belt Sushi? BLECH. Think of this place as the Old Country Buffet of Sushi... don't go to be impressed... unless you order a specialty roll you will pay out the ears for. Poor service as well. BOO.
Convery belt Sushi rules, it's just the most wonderful trend. You see it, you grab it, you eat. You fuss, no being waited on... what a dream come true.
Blue C Sushi has the freshest sushi around. The service is always friendly and fast and my kids love it too.
They use the best sushi rice and it's really convenient, especially for my family. The Tokyo Sweets cream puffs are fabulous!
Blue C is fantastic! Healthy, wholesome fun for the entire family. Great atmosphere, too!
I love this place! Great food, quick service (gotta love the conveyor belt), great happy hour menu! Plus they're putting one in Bellevue and that makes me even happier! :)
Blue C Sushi is a perfect place to get a great dinner without spending too much. The conveyor belt allows you to choose what you want at that moment and control how much you're spending by which dishes you choose. It is a friendly environment and the sushi is delicious. I can't go into Seattle without craving Blue C Sushi.
