I would like to recognize Osias Lozano from Bike Works in Metro West. Osias has an amazing way in explaining and demonstrating every customer about the latest product and he does it all with a SMILE! I drive 45 minutes for great customer service! Two thumbs up for Osias!

I just bought a bike after visiting their store a dozen times and comparing them to other stores in the Central Florida Area. They were patient, didn't push the sale on me and were very friendly even after the purchase. I will buy my wifes bike there too...

I've been a loyal customer of the Bike Works store on east 50 for over two years now. I have purchased three bicycles from them and I wouldn't go anywhere else for parts, service or accessories. The staff, from Buddy the store manager, to Tony, the head 'wrench', are always professional, courteous and have their customer's best interest at heart. It's always a pleasure to do business with such a well run outfit!

Bike Works has been totally supportive and a great resource in my cycling "career". Without their help, I would never have been able to train for the MS-150 and ride in it 2 years in a row.
They have assisted me with all aspects of cycling as I have progressed from "super beginner" to perhaps "intermediate" over the last 2 years. Their patience knows no boundaries.
I am now advancing to my 3rd bicycle from Bike Works. Every bike I have purchased there has been supreme in quality yet pales next to the customer service offered along with the bike.
I will not shop anywhere except Bike Works! And I highly recommend the East Orlando store. Stop in and say hi to Buddy and the whole crew!

I have bought two bike from bike works a Deerfield store. Donald has been the sales person on both. He has been very helpful and informative in every thing I have purchased.He has also done most of the work on my mountain bike. The other guy in the store have been great also. The other day I thought I had left a cyclocomputer in the store that I had just bought after my arguing with them the owner had the guys give me another one. After I left the store I found the computer so I went back and apologized for my actions And bought the other computer. I don't thing another bike shop would have been so helpful. THANK YOU BIKE WORKS I WILL ALWAYS BE YOUR CUSTOMER. KEEP UP THE GREAT SERVICE. BILL

The SOBT Store is my second home when I am in Orlando. The fellas there are the friendliest. The service department is quick, efficient and knowledgable. The Trout Man sold me a Giant TC3 over the phone and Don fit me to a tee when I arrived, I couldn't bear to give the bike back. I enjoyed it, so home to California it went. I can't wait to ship my bike back when I visit in the fall and see the friendlist guys in town!

Purchased my bike from Hans at the Redbug store five years ago and just put the 20,000th mile on it. Bike Works does all of my maintenance on the bike and the employees are knowledgeable and great to have service the bike.
