We are a full service specialty purveyor of high performance bicycling accessories and equipment with a special talent for road equipment. We enjoy selling and servicing ALL BRANDS of the most technically advanced cycling equipment made for everyone from youngsters to world class triathletes. In addition to this we are the only USAT Certified Bike Shop in Cleveland and in all of Ohio.

Knowledgeable sales staff who can take care of your fitting and coaching needs. Theirs no excuse not to have a great fit on your bike and BIke Authority will make sure your happy and comfy.

Great shop and even better service. Do not be afraid to let them help you in your choice of your next bike. There professional fitting is number 1 in my opinion.

Sherman and all the staff at Bike Authority (Chris, Mike, Rudy, Shawn, etc.) are always very patient and helpful. I've purchased several bikes from BA. I can't give enough credit to the help Bike Authority has provided me toward my progression and success starting with cyclocross, road racing, and now multisport. Not only does Bike Authority support their customers on a a personal level, but they also provide a TON of support cycling organizations and events!

I didn't start riding my road bike seriously until I was set up by Bike Authority prior to my first year riding the Pedal to the Point a few years back. Once set up, it was a whole different experience! I love to ride and have improved 10 fold.
