Biggby is absolutely the best! I have been drinking their coffee ever since I was in college at MSU. Now I get it on the way to work almost every morning and their Chills are my guilty pleasure in the summer! Friendly. Fast. Yummy. Great atmosphere. There is nothing like Biggby!

The Biggby Coffee located in WESTLAND is great! I am so happy to have found this location. I tan next door at Golden Palms tanning and thanks to the staff down there I was told to try the wonderful drinks at Biggby and they are amazing.
And of course my two favorite employess MO and AL are outstanding [:

A college student's dream! Free wi-fi, friendly atmosphere, super-courteous staff who know you by name, and thank goodness, no more "muzak"! The frequency card is a great perk, too!

Coffee, hot and cold, specialty drinks, sweets! Better than ANY other gourmet coffee establishment. I'm hooked! Coupons and punch cards are also great.

Great coffee! Great staff. Music is good but not ear splitting. Comfortable and cozy atmosphere. The place doesn't look like some of the customers have been camped there for a week!

the Grosse Pointe Bigby is a wonderful place with great natural lighting. Our knitting group meets weekly but many of us come back for a Fruzen-T or coffee during the week.Sue Laredo picks a friendly and competant staff. Everything sparkles it is so clean and people call you by name or recognize you and ask if you want you rregular order. carol roszka
