If you like to get outdoors and enjoy a variety of hiking options this is a great option. It's a small spa with most of the accommodations being in the main house. The rooms are nicely furnished and a quick walk to the gym and spa area. If you are looking for a deep tissue massage, you have to see Brian. The treatment rooms would be better if they were farther away from the weight room, but if you have evening appts it isn't too bad. -

The best hiking options in the Southwest. You tell them your level when you arrive and they assign you to a hiking group which meets early every morning. It's a great way to start the morning and to learn more about the area. It's a very large spa, so it is doesn't feel quite as personal as some others, but the staff is available if you need them. -

This spa recommends one week stays with guests arriving and departing on Saturdays which makes for a camp like feel. You get to know the other guests and have a week to explore all the various activities, classes, spa treatments, etc. There is also often a theme to the week which brings "master level" trainers, authors, chefs to the ranch. The food is delicious and plentiful. The grounds are beautiful offering lots of quite places to relax. -
