We shopped in all three big chains. Bernie and Phyl's had better quality than Bob's and we found that Bernie and Phyl's had better prices than Jordan's. Selection was good and the salespeople were not in our face all the time. Good experience.

Have bought furniture from other stores in the past, yes being a women I will confess I need the time to make sure it is really the color, texture and style I want..Sales lady introduce herself to me ...told her what I had in mind, directed me that way..I asked her could I be left alone to look she said certainly with a smile on her face..this to me made all the difference in the world instead of being pressured and followed throughout store she gave me the time I needed as a result I purchased a complete living room set, queen size mattress and box spring along with a new dresser , mirror and night stand..I also told her when I have more measurements on my home I will definitely be back to Bernie and Phyl for more furniture..
