The Very Best for a manicure and/or pedicure is Lisa. She is professional and has a wonderful work ethic. Lisa can also tell you the name of each and every polish color "at a glance!" The Front Desk staff is very helpful and accommodating. Salon is also involved in charitable works (i.e., Breast Cancer Awareness). I highly recommend -- but please do not take my time slot. RMc

I love this place. All the amenities without the snobby attitude. A very comfortable inviting spot. The staff is friendly and helpful. Shannon is my stylist and I think she is the greatest. I always look forward to my appointments. It's my retreat!

You'll get great hair treatments. However, if you need a pedicure or manicure Lisa is your girl! She is so awesome at what she does! I highly recommend her! This is a fabulous salon. The service is excellent. I highly recommend Bella Capelli Sanctuario!

I have been going to Bella Capelli for over eight years, they are beyond talented and professional, they are just truly wonderful people. I wouldn't trust my hair to anyone else. Everyone there works tremendously hard and they stay happy and friendly at the same time. And the spa that they have turned themselves into over the last few years from when I first started going there is simply amazing! Great Job ladies and gentleman! Is there any reason to go to another salon/spa? NEVER! A creative, professional staff creates a luxurious yet unpretentious environment. A facial by Shannon, a massage by Kelly with the amazing hands, a mani/pedi by Lisa, highlights and a hairstyle by Jack.... what better way to spend the better part of a day.

Shannan Detullio is the best hair stylist I have ever gone to. She always produces trendy and stylish hair styles for me. I recommend that everyone go to Bella Capelli and try to get in with Shannan! You will not be disappointed.

Great place to go for a makeover! Monique does wonderful color, and Anne-Marie cuts and styles beautifully. Lisa and all the pedicure and manicurists are fantastic as are the great massage chairs. The salon is bright, and well kept clean, friendly people, and excellent service.

I donated my hair to wigs for kids and received a free cut and style. Even though it was a free service I was given the royal treatment! Every one was so nice and one of the owners even called me the next day to thank me and make sure I loved my cut. Very sweet people there! I have recommended them to everybody I know! I will definitely be back soon!

For years I could not get anyone to cut or color my hair the way I wanted. Finally, Bella Capelli and Nicole - She does an awesome job and the entire spa and staff are wonderful.

The staff and owners of Bella Capelli are fantastic; they exhibit rare characteristics found in this industry: politeness, compassion AND professionalism! Upon entering, one is greeted by genuine smiling faces and the smiles continue throughout the stay. I have visited many spas in many cities, NYC, Vegas, Charlotte... Bella Capelli Sactuario is by far superior to other Spas and Salons in the area. I have been a loyal client of Bella Capelli having visited most of the competitive salons/spas within a 20 mile radius of my residence having relocated to Westlake in 2004.
I would highly recommend Bella Capelli management to present marketing strategies as well as customer service etiquette to other spas/salons nationwide.
