My fiancé and I considered about a dozen different photographers for our fall
2008 wedding and met with five of them. I accidently switched the time of
two of my appointments and we showed up to interview Bates an hour and a
half early. Alison just conducted the appointment like nothing happened and was so professional in showing her work that I didn’t even realize my error until the next day. Bates took pictures of a wedding my fiancé was in last February and the number of beautiful photographs was amazing. They are sensitive to surroundings, framing shots, and taking shots from different perspectives. We booked Bates to photograph our own wedding.
