I love the people that work there, they are so nice and helpful. The gourmet dog treats are just wonderful. I live in SC but my husband is stationed in DC, so everytime I visit him we have to go by Barkleys' and get treats to take back home for our dogs.

The baked goods are beautiful presented with an emphasis on freshness and the store smells wonderful. The staff is super friendly, helpful and clearly loves animals. It's a neighborhood gathering place, full of positive energy and a terrific place to find wonderful gifts available year around.

We love Barkley square. There attentiveness made us feel special and will keep bringing us back. They have great products and a wonderful location in the heart of Old Town. I would go no where else.

It is simply the best dog shop around! Kristina and Cocoa are wonderful and so friendly. Wide choice of doggie treats and doggie wear.

They are the best because they make their own treats and they seem to really love every pet that comes in. They seem to constantly have fun things for dogs and their owners to do and they are really supportive in our community.
