30 minutes after checking in I went back to the same receptionist to see about the delay: "Oh, you are here?" They charged my credit card for my "lateness" anyway. I never saw my "stylist." The assistant applied a glaze which had to be washed out because it was applied without processor. Genius. She then failed to utilize a hair-clip on my long locks, and product dripped all over my silk shirt. I had to physically grab someone walking by in order to get rinsed-out and incompetence did not stop here… I had to go to a play after this debacle with sticky product lodged in my ears, all over my neck, and with 1/2 my head stiffed with product that should have been washed out.

Save yourself the time and the agony; go ANYWHERE else.
