Baker's Man Inc was started by husband and wife team Mark and Becky Brickman. We are a gourmet bakery offering wedding cakes, specialty cakes, and pastries to the Atlanta community. Many of our products are featured in some of the best hotels and restaurants here in our city. We are fully committed to baking only superior quality desserts as shown through our selection of ingredients. Using only the finest ingredients, including AA grade butter, heavy cream, European chocolates, and pure vanilla, this gives our cakes and pastries the added touch. We never add any preservatives or artificial flavors to our desserts.

I used The Baker's Man for my wedding a couple years ago. It was the first place we went to, and I certainly didn't need to do any shopping around later!
It was an amazing, beautiful, delicious cake. The price was amazing. It was exactly what I asked for, and I was going to attach a picture, but I can't seem to find one at the moment.
I definitely highly recommend The Baker's Man.

Not only the most beautiful, completely customized wedding cake I'd ever seen, but also the absolute most delicious I or any of our 300 wedding guests had ever tasted! Simply the best.

I have lived in Atlanta for 58 years, so you can only imagine how many occasions I have used someone for my parties, family gatherings, charity functions. I have never been more pleased than I was when I used The Baker's Man. After using him several times, I am sure I would never use anyone else. His work is always better than I could ask for, his prices are good, people are always shocked by the beauty and creativity of his work Plus everything taste Great! He is our baker's man for everything

Mark did a wonderful job on my daughter's wedding cake. It was beautiful and absolutely delicious! One of our favorite memories of the wedding preparations was the day we sampled cakes with Mark - we were positively giddy after sampling so many wonderful flavors!

Baker's Man made our wedding cake & groom's cake. Both were excellent and beautiful. He also made an anniversary cake for us, which was perfect. I think of using him any time I need specialty cakes. A++

Our wedding was last weekend and Mark did an amazing lemon-infused white wedding cake with strawberry and lemon curd filling. He even made us an extra topper of carrot cake for us to take home because we loved it so much at the tasting. Everyone at the reception said it was the best wedding cake they had ever tasted. My husband thought the cake tasting at Mark's was the most fun he had during the entire wedding planning process.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about The Baker’s Man. He created a spectacular and yummy wedding cake and grooms cake! Mark was able to capture my details of my gown and incorporate into the design wedding cake. The groom’s cake was an exact replica of my husband’s company mascot. Mark listened to what we envisioned and the results surpassed our expectations.

The Baker's Man Inc. made the cake for my wedding. It was terrific. The service we received was terrific. He was on time for the event. Everyone at our wedding talked about how wonderful the cake was. We did not have any leftover.

Mark made the most fabulous cake for our daughter's Bat Mitzvah party which also happen to be her birthday. We didn't want to cut into it but we did. The cake was delicious!

Mark helped me customize a cake for my best friend and her finance for a 50 person party - it was incredible and even held up perfectly after I drove it 6 hours to New Orleans for the party. It was beautiful and delicious.

His designs are so original and the colors are very sharp. His cakes taste heavenly and I can't wait for him to do my wedding. I went to Mark because I think he is going to be perfect for my themed wedding, original yet elegant and his service and communication is top of the line I haven't had my wedding yet but am very pleased with the services, and his talent.

Mark did a fabulous job with our daughter's wedding cake ... not only did it look beautiful, it tasted better than any wedding cake I've eaten. He was a delight to work with ... and the Clemson tiger paw cookies were the best!

Wonderful service and an absolutely wonderful cake! We had classic white cake with raspberry and lemon curd filling. It not only tasted great, but was more beautiful than I could have ever envisioned.

When I was married in 2005, I met with 5 different bakers in the Atlanta area. I was excited to see the options and variety that Mark offered and after meeting with him, knew that he was going to be the best choice for many reasons. First, his work is amazing and he has a great studio that showcases his talent. He was so easy to work with and understood how important it was to me to have everything perfect on my wedding day. He also did something no one else did - offered a tour of his kitchen which was beyond impressive. He loves what he does and it shows. Our cakes got rave reviews - what more can you ask for?

Mark Brickman is an absolute cake artist. Everyone at my reception (of over 350 people) said it was the best cake they had ever eaten in their life! It was even pictured in a national magazine because it looked so beautiful. Mr. Brickman is the ultimate baking professional!

I was ordering an Anniversary Cake for my Brother and his partner. I was coming for the Anniversary party from New Mexico. Mark was great and very helpful. The cake was beautiful and tasted great. I wish he was in New Mexico to order more cakes.

Baker's Man made an incredible carousel cake (and matching smash cake) for my son's first birthday. The guests could not believe it was an actual cake. And even though we ordered an extra large cake there were no leftovers, it was delicious!

Mark designed a beautiful cake for my 25th Birthday. My theme was Presents for a Princess and he took that idea to new heights. I am so grateful to have come across my dad's old co worker. Thanks Mark you are truly gifted!

Mark Brickman did the wedding and grooms cake for my wedding, and I cannot say enough about how wonderful it was. It was so beautiful and tasted incredible. He was so willing to work with whatever we wanted, and his selection of flavors was impressive. It even tasted great a year later on our first anniversary!!

The cake for my wedding was fabulous. It was creative, unusual, and delicious. I told Mark what colors I wanted and he matched them exactly from a color swatch that I sent from Home Depot!

Mark was so accommodating and was so helpful in creating both cakes for my wedding. He came up with such a creative Groom's cake for my husband who was from AZ and is a golfer. The cakes not only looked fabulous, but tasted amazing! There was none left at the end of the night!

Mark made my wedding cake 2 years ago. He was real easy to work with and made the whole experience enjoyable. The cake was beautiful and so moist. All of my guests thoroughly enjoyed eating the cake. I've been at weddings where the cake looked great but tasted like saw dust. We were thrilled at how ours turned out. We kept the remains in the fridge and it was still moist and wonderful for over a week.

Mark created a fabulous birthday cake for my 30th birthday. It was not only a work of art but tasted delicious! He has also created several cakes for baby showers I"ve hosted as well. Hands down makes the best artistic and tasting cakes. THE BEST!

My husband and I selected Mark back in April of 2005. He did our wedding cake for our wedding which was on May 14, 2005 at Cator Woolford Gardens -- it was wonderful! First off, his professionalism and helping us to select the best wedding cake for us and our family + friends was excellent! He delivered in a timely fashion and the cake was decorated just as we asked and beautiful! Not only that, but it was delicious! My hubby and I enjoyed the cake top one year later on our anniversary and it was just as good and the Gerber daisies still looked great believe it or not!
Thank you Mark for making our very special day so wonderful with this delicious cake! Many of our guests commented on how good it was.
